What we collect

Answers to the form questions (amount, monthly revenue, time in business, open advances, state), your name, business name, mobile number and email. We also keep campaign details from the page address (such as utm values and ad click IDs), the referring page, and the _fbp and _fbc cookies if your browser already has them. We keep this in your browser session so we can match your request to the campaign that brought you. When you submit, we also record your IP address, your browser details (the user agent string) and the address of the page you submitted from, without its query string. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the traffic to it.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax IDs, dates of birth, bank logins or passwords on this site. The form does not check your credit.

Who receives it

Your answers go to {{ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME}}, which may share them with the funders it works with so they can review your request. Funders may ask you for more documents later, and may check your credit after telling you.

Calls and texts

The consent box is optional and starts unticked. If you tick it, you agree that {{ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME}} and {{CONSENT_SELLERS}} may call and text the number you gave, including with automated technology. Agreeing is not required. Reply STOP to any text or tell us on a call to opt out. We keep a record of your choice, the exact wording you saw, the number, the time, your IP address and your browser details, whether or not you ticked the box.

Keeping and deleting

We keep submissions and consent records for {{RETENTION_PERIOD}}, and longer where the law requires it. To ask for access or deletion, contact {{ENTITY_EMAIL}}.
